Privacy Policy

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all users (“You/Your”) who purchase products from Pod&Case Lab (“We/Our/Website”). By placing an order, You agree to comply with these terms.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

1.1 You place an order by selecting products and providing accurate delivery details (name, address, phone number).

1.2 We confirm orders within 24 hours via SMS/phone call. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.

1.3 We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock or delivery addresses are outside our service area.

2. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery Only)

2.1 We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — no other payment methods (credit cards, digital wallets) are available.

2.2 Payment must be made in cash to the delivery driver at the time of receiving your order.

2.3 Delivery drivers carry small change for payments, but we recommend preparing the exact order amount when possible.

2.4 Failure to pay at delivery will result in order cancellation, and no further delivery attempts will be made.

3. Delivery & Inspection

3.1 Delivery is available only to our listed service countries (see “Shipping” page). Delivery time is 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

3.2 You must inspect the products at the time of delivery:

  • Check for damage, wrong items, or missing products.
  • Report issues to the driver immediately and contact our support within 24 hours (with photos of the issue).
    3.3 No claims for damaged/wrong items will be accepted after you sign for delivery (without noting issues).

4. Product Quality & Specifications

4.1 All products match the descriptions on our Website (e.g., phone model compatibility, power bank capacity).

4.2 Minor color differences may occur due to screen display variations — this is not a quality defect.

4.3 Products with manufacturing defects will be eligible for return/refund (see Section 5).

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 You may request a return/refund within 30 days of delivery only for the following reasons:

  • Defective products (e.g., non-working earbuds, cracked cases).
  • Wrong products (e.g., iPhone 14 case sent for iPhone 15).
  • Damaged products during shipping (reported at delivery).
    5.2 To request a refund: Contact our support with your order ID and photos of the issue. We will arrange for product pickup (free of charge) and process a cash refund within 5 business days of verifying the issue.
    5.3 No refunds will be given for:
  • Change of mind or incorrect size/model selected by You.
  • Products damaged by improper use (e.g., dropped phone with case).

6. User Information & Privacy

6.1 We collect only the information needed for delivery (name, address, phone number) — no unnecessary data.

6.2 We will not share Your personal information with third parties (see our “Privacy Policy” for details).

6.3 You must provide accurate delivery information; incorrect details may cause delivery delays or order cancellation.

7. Changes to This Agreement

7.1 We may update this Agreement occasionally (e.g., adjust delivery areas). Updates will be posted on the Website, and take effect immediately.

7.2 We recommend checking this page periodically for changes before placing new orders.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 For any disputes (e.g., refund delays, delivery issues), contact our support first (a76305841@gmail.com). We will resolve issues within 3 business days.

8.2 If disputes cannot be resolved mutually, they will be handled per the laws of our registered jurisdiction (Delaware, USA).
